Ms. Calabrese established CORA Company as a diverse real estate brokerage and development company, offering brokerage, lease negotiation, pro-forma development, financial analysis, and construction/project management services. Her project portfolio includes a broad range of residential, industrial, commercial and mixed use real estate, to include the recent completion of a 70,000 sf mixed-use development to include national retail tenants, a boutique hotel, private residences and a rooftop restaurant.  Interfacing with landlords, tenants and leadership, Ms. Calabrese has successfully demonstrated strong interpersonal and negotiation skills in brokerage, development and project management.
